Looking for natural pain relief options

Has anyone found any relief with CBD/Delta-8? Or any other more natural remedies? I'm trying to stay away from the prescription route since I'm on so many for my other conditions and it gets to a point where the side effects are too much. I have never used CBD before so I know nothing about it.

I use 1000mg CBD oil (bought it on Amazon) I think it helps quite a bit!

I’m just started taking mine yesterday, I can’t say I’m noticing any major differences but I’m very new to taking this so it might take some time for the body to get used to it, plus mine is THC free

i have been taking 15mg CBD capsules at the order of my neurologist since i was about 15 and am now in college with fully controlled seizures and much better anxiety!

I have the FRIO delta 8 cartridge. I like to get the hybrid/sativa strains and it’s helped me a ton. It doesn’t get me high like “real weed” but it’s enough to help me with anxiety and depression. I go to a cbd/smoke shop for it. I’m in Texas and it’s legal here!
