Celiac and Fibromyalgia: Does Going Gluten-Free Help?

So yesterday I was diagnosed with celiac, and have been experiencing fibromyalgia for the past four years. I was wondering if anyone felt better from a fibro perspective after going gluten free. Did it help brain fog? Pain? Fatigue? Thanks!

Ok so gluten free helped a little with brain fog, it really helped my fibro digestive issues. For brain fog, I have pots so salt has been the most helpful for that. I'd still recommend:)
