Same it even makes me depressed cause I wanna eat all the things I used to eat but without getting sick which is impossible when you have this stuff 🥺

I know. Both me and my sister have it. I wake up tasting bread or crying about a simple sandwich. It limits us and we can't have dairy either. It's not okay and it's unfair. Vent all you want to because you deserve it.

I can't have gluten or dairy either !! 😮 I feel like I'm the only one sometimes most of my family doesn't have that issue they get annoyed with hearing it they would be super frustrated too just living day to day not getting what you really want

Yeah watching my kids and husband eat food I can't is really hard for me. It seems silly when I say it out loud but it really bothers me.

I get you. I can't have veg or fruit except in very small amounts occasionally or I get migraines. So my diet is very restrictive, just meats and some dairy. And the sugar in dairy is detrimental so it is a
