Eliminating dairy has helped me quite a bit. I still have SLE related GI flare ups, but they are less frequent. And although I do still have chronic joint pain, my overall inflammation levels have gone down.

Yes eliminating dairy is so helpful for many reasons, respiratory included. I changed to Mediterranean diet and with a list of health issues, am not on any meds. I call it the Jesus diet🥰

When I was real bad, I was forced into a 5 day fast. Everything I ate, caused a reaction

I think this is me. If I could go about two days with no food I would feel great. Did the fast put you in remission? How often do you need to do this?

maybe. I took alot of quality curcumin and tart cherry juice. Haven't fasted since except colonoscopy prep. Once you get into the recovery phase, I just recover every night with sleep. Most get stuck in the inflammatory stage and never fully recover.

Yes gluten free, dairy free and limit your sugars! It all causes inflammation 😥
