Chest pain is a very vague symptom. It can be a symptoms of anything. It can be a digestive problem or anxiety or lungs or anything else. These three came to mind since I have these. They all cause similar type of chest pain and discomfort for me. You should talk to your primary doctor to narrow down what might be causing it.

Thank you so much for responding! I'm going through so awful anxiety right now and I've been working with my Gastrointestinal Dr. Trying to figure out those issues. I had my lungs checked in the ER the last time I went there for a panic attack. The ER Dr. Thought I had a blood clot in my lung. Luckily they said I was clear and there was no issues with my lungs. So lungs and heart have all been checked. I had a colonoscopy and an upper GI done which they told me were both clear as well. So now I'm just chilling with chest pain and a lot of panic attacks about it :(

I understand your anxiety about it. I've had chest pain for years and they told me it was growing pain back then. I became a nurse since then so I can tell what tests I want done and which doctor I need to see etc. now. Since it's such a common symptom for alot of things, it's hard to diagnose.

I'm so sorry that you've had to deal with it as well! I try to calm down by telling myself "they tested your heart" you're okay. But my anxiety likes to take over.

I totally get it. It's like anxiety has a mind of it own!!
