Seeking comfort and advice for chest pain and anxiety

Would anyone be willing to share their experiences with chest pain and anxiety with me through messages? I’m going through a bit and it would just comfort me if I knew that the chest pains were just anxiety related. I feel like if I heard from other people’s symptoms maybe I can feel better and stop thinking there’s some underlying thing happening

I’ve had chest and abdomen pain, related to ovarian cysts rupturing….

I’ve definitely experienced chest pains solely because of anxiety many times! I always thought it was something underlying but it never was:)

So what I experience is sometimes I start crying, breathing heavily, heck I've even thrown up before. I sometimes feel really nauseous and sick and just feel like going to bed. I also feel like I'm out of control sometimes too like I'll ask myself "am I going crazy?" Or my favorite one "is this really real or am I making this up?" I also experience chest pains I have asthma and sometimes I will admit I'll work myself up to the point I have an attack so don't worry you'll be okay :) I experience those too and I usually worry something's wrong and then I find out later on it wasn't:)

I went to ER with chest pain, palpitations and high blood pressure last week. They check my heart is ok, but the anxiety was over the roof.

I went to the ER for chest pain in August, it was terrifying. I suggest you work calming tea, meditation, and light exercise into your daily/weekly routine. 💕

Yes chest pain absolutely relates to anxiety... when you have so much going on in life your muscles begins to tense up and your heart rate is going fast. This happens to me alot. I know this many seems but try to do breathing exercises to slow down your heart rate. I've been follow breathing exercises on YouTube or this app I've been using Breathwrk and continue as long as I can until I feel less tense

I wait thirty minutes to an hour if it’s squeezing and bad and not going away Id see someone. Are there any coping skills you can use , sometimes if the pain decreases with them that’s a sign for me that it’s anxiety related .

I have had a similar experience in the past. I legit thought it was a heart issue, turned out to be anxiety. It was then that I had my first anxiety attack which felt like a heart attack. The chest pain did not go away for months and no painkillers worked. I then went in for pressure point therapy, and it helped with the chest pain. This was 7 years ago. I was then 24. I still have severe, crippling anxiety.
