Yes! I hold SO MUCH tension in my body. 30 minutes of yoga before bed keeps me going

I do. Sometimes sharp pains, sometimes aching. Movement helps some.

I call the full ones that just come on out of nowhere a panic attack and ones that aren't full attacks or come on from me over thinking anxiety attacks

All the time. Shortness of breath for no reason. Like I can't catch it or find myself taking an extra deep breath for no apparent reason. Stress is wild. Lol.

Tightness, some occasional pain. I never know of it's my body or my mind and I always react by taking a gas-x and pray it goes away! Lol.

When I used to have high anxiety, yes, out of nowhere it would get difficult to breath. After my anxiety reduced, it quickly stopped appearing

Yes I do too even if it’s not a full out anxiety attack- I’ll sometimes hyperventilate and feel a pressure on my chest which is uncomfortable

24/7, it makes my anxiety worse because I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack which makes the chest issues worse, rinse and repeat 😅

I have tachycardia where my Heartrate is never below 90 and resting is at like 120 130 when I’m anxious it gets high and I see spots and have issues. I notice myself exhaling more when I’m anxious as if I was holding my breath without knowing Luckily I’ve been in a decent place for a bit and haven’t noticed it lately
