Chest Tightness and Health Anxiety

I've been having an issue with chest tightness. it comes and goes, and it only hurts for a little while after I sneeze or something. my doctor couldn't find anything physically wrong so maybe it due to my anxiety? but that doesn't explain why sometimes it hurts so bad for a while. everytime it really triggers my health anxiety and makes me worried I ha e some heart or lung condition, even though there's no medical evidence of that. any ideas?

I have the exact same issue. I’ve been dealing with chest pain every single night, and i go to the er, they do an ekg and chest x-ray and tell me i have nothing to worry about. my chest pain only happens at night which is when i’m most anxious. think about the timing of your chest pain- does it align with the times which you are most anxious?

I've been feeling this exact way too 😭 I've had 2 EKGs in less than a week and they both came back normal... plus a chest xray and blood tests. I hate that I'm so convinced there's something wrong when clearly there isn't 😕 Anxiety sucks
