I saw a DO who performed osteopathic manipulation therapy. It can be helpful. Cannabis helps a lot too! 💯

i am seeing a chiropractor and i think it's helping? at the very least i feel a lot looser and like i have a bit more energy right after treatment. the place i'm going is a fibro-specific center though, so treatment is gentle, they prescribe pt exercises, and there's an in-clinic massage therapist i see right after seeing the chiropractor. at the very least, he did recommend exercises to relieve my sciatica that i can only assume is part of fibro

My chiropractor visits have never triggered a flare up, but also hasn't directly impacted my fibro. It does help my overall mobility and movement, though. I found one that was covered by my insurance and he does yearly xrays. A good chiropractor will do wonders for your mobility and will help with gentle adjustments over time. I hope you find one that works for you!
