Chronic Abdominal Pain: What Could It Be?

I have pain in the top center of my abdomen. I have had it for five years. The pain comes and goes but lately it keeps me from eating pretty much anything. I eat mostly veggies and even those cause pain.

I feel ya. Get checked for gut infections. I had a bad case of H. Pylori and it felt exactly like this. I did a GI Map test with a functional practitioner to catch it after years of no help from my gastroenterologists. I did natural therapy + antibiotics by taking that test result to my doc afterwards who said it’s hard to eradicate and but me on a round of antibiotics. I feel so much better. Still have IBS symptoms but that pain you’re talking about is gone.

Could be a variety of issues. I had this same pain same area and it was pancreatitis or could be an ulcer. You should get a endoscopy done to see exactly what it is. So go see a GI doctor. Had my endoscopy done today they said they found inflammation. Waiting on biopsy results
