Dealing with Chronic Back Pain After Having Children and Starting a Physical Job

my back has been hurting more since having my children and even worse since I've started a very physical job. I have an appointment with a pain clinic and I'm afraid they won't be able to do anything and just give me drugs. I want it fixed and not be doped up.

Hi, first they had to do some Ct Scan. And see if anything , like herniated disks. Then they should know if you need PT. Physical Therapy. Or anything else. I know, what are your concerns , I was in pain management like 10 years, for them figure out that what.I need was surgery in 2 places, my lumbar and my hip. I got my surgeries on March. I feel much better, now its the surgeries that it hurts but let me tell you its not as bad as I was before. And my surgeon, told me that soon I will be pain free. Hopefully, your pain its not for surgery. You sound so young. Here you have a new friend. Let me know what they tell you. Good luck.!πŸ™‚βš˜πŸ™‚

thank you so much, this made me cry a bit. I hope it doesn't require surgery but I just want to be able to function without hurting. Thank you
