Seeking Advice for Managing a Chronic Condition

I have had this condition for 10 years or so. It comes and goes periodically, probably every few months. It's not painful. Are there any successful treatments or remedies? I am not interested in surgery or anything like that. Just wondering if there's anything I can do myself to make this happen less often or go away completely.

Probably avoiding constipation might help! Or hard foods that are difficult to pass. A healthy get and diet could be beneficial 🤷‍♀️as that seems to make everything better. I have bleeding hemroids but I do consider them to be very painful. I've had them for around 4 weeks now. I'm not sure how or why I get them. They come and go since 2022, while I was going througbthe most stressful time in my life. I was going through a abusive relationship/ divorce/ and other traumas. I'm wondering if it is triggered by stress alone? I have been trying to eat alot of fruit and stay hydrated to make bowel movements softer and less painful. I hope this helps. I definitely am interested in preventing them naturally too.
