Struggling with Chronic Fatigue and Medication

I'm having a problem with my chronic fatigue. The doctor put me on Adderall... I hate Adderall. I also have struggled with malnutrition due to alcoholism. I've been sober for 2 years. I also have bi-polar depression. Although I'm doing well I was looking for advice on how to do better

Have you had blood work done to see if you have Epstein Bar Virus? Not that there is a cure for that either but my dr put me on Provigil or Nuvigil you could try instead of adderal unless you need both. I am on both! These meds help! I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed without taking my Provigil and adderal! I have both chronic fatigue and Epstein bar which has horrible fatigue and I have Dysauntomia. I have a triple wammy of fatique. For some Nuvigil works better then the Provigil. They are the same type of drug but my belief is one last longer then the other during the day. Good luck but I would talk to your dr about adding one of these drugs and or replacing one with your adderral ❤️
