Chronic fevers on doxycycline?

Did anyone else get chronic fevers while on doxycycline? I would get a few fevers a day that lasted for 10 minutes to a half hour. Just wondering if this was normal.

Been on and off doxycycline for over a decade and never got a fever from it. You’re staying out of the sun. My arm felt hot when I hung it out the window in the sun. It only took about 5 minutes for this to happen

Yeah I've been staying out of the sun as much as possible. The areas that do get sun get very very hot within seconds. Idk why I'm getting fevers

For me, the doxy helped this symptom almost immediately. It's different for everyone if it's those warning-meningitis symptoms, but definitely stay out of the sun. I'm half Latina so I never sunburn unless i'm outside in the sun for a while, and just walking to class from the nearest parking lot got me good one day. BUT: do ask your doctor about persistent fever, please.

I didn't get fevers, but I did get vertigo. I couldn't stand up for 2 weeks
