Has Anyone Experienced Chronic Leg Pain?

So I've been experiencing chronic leg pain, not joint pain. The pain feels like a deep burning ache in my bones,I have the pain in other parts of my body but my legs are the worse. Lack of sleep, the cold, stress definitely make the pain worse, but every time I ask a doctor about it they make me feel crazy. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, but I get the burning pain with certain foods and medications. If I quit eating those foods the pain slowly subsides over days or weeks.

Yea I used to get it a lot. I couldn’t sleep or sit still for too long. I got an exercise bike and that’s helped A LOT. I don’t know why but like, slowly, leisurely doing 25-30 mins 3-4 times a week while I watch a show has just completely changed it. And I live in a studio apartment so it’s basically in the middle of my apartment and completely worth it. I tried cutting out foods and meds but this is the only this I’ve found that consistently works.

Yep yep yep. My right hip was the worst. Went to a good chiropractor who did and x ray and turns out my right hip is suck into the socket, and I had 3° scoliosis in my back. I would guess your lower back might be misaligned if it's in one leg, otherwise, that's just part of FM unfortunately :[

I absolutely understand that feeling! It’s super common and I found exercise both helps and hurts it 😅

Yes I do! It actually stems from the lower back. I would suggest asking your doctor to do a lumbar MRI to see if there is a herniated disc or some issue with the lower back that could be causing this.

I get the bones aching when I flare bad. It’s almost like your body feels like it has a fever, but temp is fine.
