Discovering the Root Cause of My Chronic Migraines and More

I just thought I would share what I found out about my condition so it can hopefully help someone find answers. The chronic migraine, hemopalegic migraine, menstrual migraine, whole body spasms, constant sensitivity to sound and light, panic attacks, heartburn, insomnia and more recently my body mimicking a heart attack and a stroke, is all coming from the same thing. Adrenal spikes. I don’t have tumors on my kidneys. The doctors who don’t know anything about my past said that it’s from trauma stored in the body. You don’t even have to think about anything for it to happen. So I am on Metroprolol which helps. I also have blood clots. I guess people who have been in fight or flight for a long time are susceptible to them. So I am on blood thinners. I am also on Zoloft for anxiety. Deep breathing and relaxation helps, and getting away from the abusers. I have been dealing with these symptoms for many years and am so thankful to get to the bottom of it. I hope this helps.

It does. Very same. But my abuser has been my own body overreacting to breast cancers. Took 3 years to calm down first time. So far almost 5.

My attacks have become shorter and more mild by 1. Deep breathing 2. Slowing breaths as far as i can. 3. Position, for ne it is rdvling with knees 70% to chest. 4. Vestibular migraine physical therapy was very helpful fir this and migraines

Sounds hard, I'm dealing with something similar. It takes time for the body to heal ❤️
