Struggling with Chronic Pain: Seeking Advice

How can I better manage my pain? Im unable to get diagnosed with the conditions I belive that I have. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain, which causes migraine flares. I dont know what to do anymore. Nobody belives me about my pain because I can still force myself to function, but its so exhausting.

I use diclofenac gel and bio freeze topically which can help some. Heat and ice are great. You could try getting some braces too. I have tried a few for my neck and shoulders (and other joints) that have been okay. I’ve heard acupressure mats can be good for easing muscle pain and tension that can cause headaches and migraines. Extra strength tylenol and ibuprofen of course. There are some videos on youtube about light exercise with EDS/POTS/chronic pain that are based in PT exercises which could make the benefits of PT more accessible. Also if you can, invest in things to make sleeping as comfortable as possible (pillow, body pillow, mattress topper, etc). Good luck! I hope you get some relief!
