I have a weighted heating pad that is amazing, CBD is great, THC is also amazing if you're okay with psychoactive effects, I've also heard that creams made from capsaicin (the spicy part from peppers) can block the pain signals.

I use tiger balm and sometimes peppermint... Hot showers heating pads... I love heating up my weighted blanket in the dryer

I'm on low dose naltrexone, gabapentin, celebrex, and methotrexate. Most days it's a good combo. Some days I need Tylenol, Norco, lidocaine pain patches and/ or ice packs
