Does Cinnamon Help Lower Blood Sugar?

I was diagnosed as a type one in 1971 around my fifth birthday. And I’ve never even heard of this suggestion nor have I witnessed it having that affect.

yes, a friend of mine has had awful case of diabetes not as young as I was when he was diagnosed but it really helps him..im going to try it!

well.mybestfrend has tried it and it works for him ...you're just one of those that fuds on research of Science which isn't always correct depend on how well the lab and techs...I was told 3 times that i did not have a kidney infection and almost died with one! Bussed to have went to A "Real' dr..in NC

This is supposed to work, but for Type 2 ONLY. This does nothing for type 1 diabetes.

My brother was type 2 and cinnamon helped him I put it on his oatmeal, warmed apples with honey n cinnamon, and in his tea, his nutritionist said “good job keep it up”
