Looking for advice on Clomid for PCOS-related infertility

Went to my MD yesterday about my infrequent periods. I totally changed my lifestyle- no gluten, dairy, sugar, exercise regularly, take supplements for PCOS and my periods are still not regulating…. My last cycle was 63 days. My doctor suggested I try clomid when I want to start seriously trying to conceive… right now we aren’t trying, but we aren’t avoiding- I’m not on any birth control. But after looking into clomid, the side effects look so terrible. Not to mention, my functional medicine provider says clomid is a hard no. I’m really sensitive to birth control and any kind of synthetic hormone medication so I’m very worried about being on this drug. Would love to hear about any of your experiences on clomid. Thank you all!

I know you said you’re taking supplements— do you take inositol? I’m not TTC but have heard it helps soooo much. Hope you get some answers re: clomid 💕

Have you heard of taking cinnamon tea? It helped me a ton by regulating other hormones!!! I'd love to answer any questions
