Cold Fingers and Toes with Depression?

I was already screened for autoimmune and hormonal diseases and don’t have any. Does anyone get cold fingers and toes, to the point of dull pain, when they’re feeling really depressed? Also, persistent goosebumps/chills? Going back on depression meds soon and hoping these symptoms subside after. But curious to know if anyone else has encountered this and come up with their own solutions.

When you say you were screened, what does that entail? Like actual labs and tests and whatnot or screening survey type things? I only ask because the symptoms you mention are similar to symptoms I experience with MS, which is what I think caused my depression.

Yeah labs. Saw a rheumatologist and the extra tests he ran checked out after an initial one with high antibodies got me my referral to him. He wants to see me in 6 mo. The endocrinologist I saw wasn’t concerned.
