I don't have any particular brands sorry, but I've found that maternity sports bras work really well for me since they tend to have a zipper on the front so no clips or anything goes into my skin. If I am being really intolerant, I normally just go braless and put a tank top on below the top layer just to try and help shield nipples poking. Depending on the kinds of shirts you have I found that not wearing a bra isn't the most noticeable I'm general, but it does make your boobs look weird sometimes

I get my sports bras from Kohl’s they have really awesome ones. I don’t like the padding in them though so I take it out.
