I mean it is definitely a concern and in the case of a surgery I did have the surgery did not work however from my point of view anyways i don't have the most positive experience ever with surgeries yet I'm likely going to need to keep getting surgeries so at this point I don't really care much about whether I have a surgery or not however I think it also drastically depends on what the specific surgery in question is.
