I ask questions about my meds and the need for them. I'm learning to advocate for myself with medical providers

Same as above for me. I was prescribed stuff and I didn't know why so I've been better at asking. Also, I can tend to do it more than I should, but looking up what the meds do online can also give you an idea of what to expect and what it can help with if you're unsure. Just don't go down the rabbit hole! It's good to be informed though, very important to be conscious of your meds and any reactions they might have or interactions with other meds.

Thank you guys. I feel like every time I try to speak up about my meds I get shut down. I hate that feeling. I'm going to have to speak louder and clearly from now on I guess.
