Confused about Immunocompromised Note at A&E

Does anyone know what it means when a note says “immunocompromised” (sorry if I spelt it wrong) on it? I was at A&E last night and the out of hours gp there told me to go hand this letter to staff when I return to A&E explaining what he thinks is wrong and has my basic health history on it too so they know. I read it before handing it over out of pure curiosity and it said immunocompromised on it. This is confusing to me as I’ve never ever been told my immune system is bad or that there’s something wrong with it. Anyone got any ideas on what this could mean? Could it have been a typo? I’ve never been told anything bad about my immune system. All thoughts and suggestions are welcome as I’m out of ideas
