Connecting for Mental Health Support on the Road

Hi. I'm currently on the road full time and looking for mental health support. I tend to wrassle with anxiety, depression, bipolar, and ADHD. I'd love to connect on any or all of those subjects.

Can you help? Connect today

Online counseling? Check with your insurance to find someone who does virtual sessions do it straight from your phone where ever you are...so glad it's a thing now

Funny thing, it turns out that I have to not only live in the same state my therapist is licensed in, my feet must literally be in the same state as them. So online counseling is great - as long as the person isn't licensed. So I'm expanding my options 😁 (still looking for professionals who chose a wide enough path to fit me in, I'm just not sitting idle in the meantime)

I have so many labels explaining why I do what I do and think as I think but just because it is explained it doesn't stop there, there are so many coping skills out there to help us deal with what life throws at us sometimes. Your life isn't over after diagnosis either, it just means you gotta learn to manage symptoms. It's your road map to new normalcy...cuz obviously they are disorders and they need to be in order. My ADHD is so bad that I work hard all day starting things that need done jumping from one task to the next discovered task needed to be done lol and then at the end of the day I'm wiped and have nothing to show for it
