Constant Fatigue and Medication Dilemma

Is anyone else exhausted all the time? When I’m not at work I’m in a ball on my sofa, I can barely see without caffeine, I don’t want to up my meds because it’ll only make it worse 😴

Ik someone with schizophrenia who deals with chronic fatigue associated with it, I feel like they could relate to you! I too feel exhausted all the time but for me its related to my trauma + neurodivergence rather than my meds

I also feel like this. I just feel exhausted all the time to the point I can't move but society expects us to get up and be productive even when we can't.

I noticed that you take seroquel, and I'm almost gonna guarantee that is what is causing you to feel like this. When I switched from seroquel to a different med, my energy got so much better, I felt like I had been carrying 100lb sand bags that were suddenly lifted off of me.

I am always tired. Most days, I find it hard to get out of bed. If I'm not at school, I'm in my bed.
