Constant Full Body Numbness - Worried and Annoyed

Ok so, I get like full body numbness but it’s also kinda like a sensation change, it’s really really annoying and the GP had no idea what it is, I’m very worried about it but it doesn’t really come with any noticeable symptoms, just the constant full body numbness. It means I don’t really feel pain the same way others do, and faint touch feels absolutely horrible.
