Constant Nausea: Does Anyone Else Experience This?

does anyone else feel nauseas every morning when they wake up? I am constantly nauseated everyday throughout the day but it’s at its worst when I first wake up

I wouldn't really be nauseous, but I used to just throw up if I made myself eat breakfast, even if I was hungry. It eventually stopped, but I wasn't ever able to figure it out.

RionWilde - Interesting, I haven’t ever actually thrown up from this I just feel really sick…I am glad it stopped for you eventually that sounds awful

AppleJuice| Thanks, I hope you can find an answer for what you are experiencing. I went to the doctor, a lot when it was occurring. They had no clue. I eventually blamed anxiety and just waited it out I guess.

Yes! Nausea in the morning makes it hard to eat and get on with things. Dissolving Zofran works great but I only ever get a couple at a time. Hope you're doing well!

This happens to me when I wake up too!! Eating breakfast usually helps- if I can get it down. If I’m unable to get food down, I love Gogo squeez’s because they’re easy to eat & get nutrients in!

For me it's either anxiety or from having terrible nightmares. I don't get it every day, but I definitely feel nauseous. Especially if I haven't eaten in a while

i start my morning with a liquid diet (protein drinks or black coffee, whatever i can stomach) and ginger hard candies. i’m always nauseated when i wake up but keeping my stomach totally empty just makes it worse.

Sparklebudgie - I will try that and see if it helps me! I’ve had ginger hard candies in my wishlist for a while so I will buy them to try that out for when I wake up

AppleJuice they’re a must for me! i carry them everywhere. gingins are the best in my opinion and also affordable to buy in bulk.
