Constant Nerve Pain with EDS - Seeking Advice

Does anyone else with EDS have constant nerve pain? Anytime I sit or lay down I have it in my back, legs, and feet. I have always had it in my hands and a little sciatica, but more recently this stuff has started. A little while back I dislocated something in my spine a couple times but it went back to normal after a little while (I didn’t go to the er) and now I’m wondering if that caused nerve damage or something. If you are knowledgeable, is this normal human stuff, EDS stuff, or a problem with my body?

Have you seen a neurologist for a full work up. I have EDS and neurological conditions that are common comorbities. Besides the dysautonomia/POTS. I think most of my pain is caused by my small fiber neuropathy. Also have demylinating disease of the central nervous system and cranial cervical instability CCI. Basically my body is attacking the myelin sheath of all my nerves in brain and spine. My health just keep getting worse. For my nerve pain only meds to help are gabapentins or Lyrica. Also for burning on fire pain in found applying ice helps
