Constant Stimming: Does Anyone Else Experience This?

As a stim, I mostly rock and hum. but I do this all the time. Does anyone else have a constant stim? The only time I don't is when I'm around people, which is why I prefer being alone. because when I don't stim for a while I get tense.

I tap my foot constantly! I only really stop if I’m being told to or I’m extremely tired physically.

I crack my fingers a LOT. I don't usually stim unless if I am nervous, however.

I wiggle my toes a lot, I've found it's one of the few things people don't really notice so I don't have to deal with them pointing it out

When I talk I talk with my hands alot and if I can't talk with moving my hands I lose where I am because I feel so overwhelmed because I'm not moving my hands to regulate. I don't really tap but I have what I call my own personal earthquake, because I press the upper foot on the ground and just shake that leg. I twist and pull when I'm anxious or if I have a really really strong emotion that I can't deal with tapping or hand moving
