Hello Rayden1, I’ve never had constipation with CKD, but I would incorporate fiber into my diet. Veggies, fruits and certain grains are helpful.

Yea constipation could be due to mainly gut health but let’s start with more fiber intake 🤗. Now since you have CKD you have to be wary of ur potassium. One of the best options when it comes to fiber per serving and nothing extra would be something like “Anthony’s Oat fiber” get the organic you don’t want the glyphosate (harmful pesticide) in wheat. Thats no good and also messes with the nephrons in ur kidneys 👍
