Hello... I had a herniated disk at L5/S1 and had a microdiscectomy in June 2021. The surgery improved the shooting pain down my right leg, but now it's the scar tissue that formed afterward that is pressing on my nerve, causing pain. It's different for everyone, so good luck!

L4-L5 -S1 , sciatica goes to My foot its horrible sometimes , same thing, pt, injections .. same thing still chronic pain , actually makes my leg weak goes numb .. makes my anxiety worse

had huge relief for my sciatica with RF nerve abalation. They give you a Xanax, lay you on your stomach. Inject you with numbing shots then stick long rod into your affected nerve and zap it. This kills nerve and stops sending signal to you brain. I have huge success with a few of these and last about a yr them you can do it again repeatedly.
