Cooking with Diet Restrictions: Any Tips?

I was told I can’t eat a lot of foods, basically easy meals, like bread, processed meats, pastas, and canned foods, which I do not mind, but on days I am having a flare it makes it really hard to cook a meal. Are their any foods you recommend that can help without having to stand for too long to cook?

Okay so, I’m not really sure what they’re called but, there’s some easy microwaveable meals I like to get. They’re in a yellow package. I get vindilu, coconut curry, beans and lentils and anything else I’m in the mood for. I usually pair it with a package, from the same brand, of jasmine rice. It’s a really quick and filling vegetarian meal that also tastes great. There’s plenty of simple and easy cook meals out there. But if you’re looking for things that don’t sound sus or vague, I recommend getting one of those 90 second rice packages any way and some ready-to-eat chicken and jus put them together in a bowl or in the package itself. Also small bite size snacks that you can jus pick up and take with you.

Swanson makes some great tv dinners for the microwave. They also have extra portions ones so your not still hungry afterwards.
