Need coping skills for emotional control at work

You may also want to try deep breathing exercises and meditation.

Try hypnotherapy as well if youre comfortable with it. In mine my therapist taught me how to use a thing called an anchor in stressful situations to subconciously relax. It works to a nice degree. Theres also several silent coping mechanisms and grounding you can do. Breathing techniques can be helpful to some and not easily noticed but if you find it doesnt dont push it theres lits of options. I use one where I pick something i like like a show or game or whatnot and for every letter of the alphabet I will pick something about it that starts with that letter. In my head obviously. When i worked it helped me get through mundane tasks often and even just get thru the day.
