Coping with Anxiety, Depression and a Baby

I had Depression and Anxiety before I had my child, and for a while after he was born, everything was better. My anxiety stayed with me, but recently has gotten worse and brought my depression with it. Any suggestions on how to cope with Anxiety, Depression and a baby? Oh and it's just my baby and I at home.

Find little things you enjoyed alone before baby, and change then to do it with baby. I had the same problem when I had my daughter. She’s 3 now. We made bath time and cooking our special times. Because those are two of my fave things to do

I’ve experienced a lot of anxiety going out with my daughter in the past. But now I love going out with her and even a short walk out the house helps us both feel better. Also having a stroller, change of clothes for all weather, backpack with essentials, and snacks/lunch box helps me feel prepared for any trip to the park or store. I also love to read, sing, and pretend play with her. Wishing you and your son well 💕

Having music on was/is super calming for me and my son. It would take my mind off of what I was thinking about for a while.
