I try to focus on one thing when I have episodes or anxiety attacks. I like to snap my fingers sometimes and focus on that and my breathing and it works for now

Have you tried yoga class . That helps me. You may want to talk to a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. There are medications.

Talk therapy has been helping. Learning to talk myself through anxious thoughts by being logical and removing myself as the subject of the sentence (like I got stood up by a psychiatrist recently. My anxiety started telling me I am not worth talking to. But I rethought it to see "I did my part to show up. The psychiatrist made a miatake."). Journaling to rephrase my anxious thoughts in a positive wishful statement (instead of "I failed at my job, I will always be stupid" say "I want to improve every day and be proud when I clock out." ). It also helps to identify triggers of your anxiety. I recently realized it is worst for me the week before my period and when my work schedule changes suddenly it gives me insomnia and makes anxiety bad.

I went on an unexpected trek and trip out I just focused on the journey and what I enjoyed and tried to think about my likes, those I love, people I met, fashionable encounters and encouragement that we all achieve together even though we are indie artists at heart

I chose to wear one of my fav tops. Sometimes liking an item of clothing and creating backstories for them or discovering where they came from is interesting.
