I really enjoy the health program I’m on, it’s helped me tremendously to manage my health and also lose weight! Believe me, I’ve had this disease for 21 years and I’ve never felt healthier than I do now, I’ve lost 35 lbs and I’m still losing weight! This program has changed my entire life. I now have energy to keep up with my 14-15 month old son, I have better sleep, less brain fog, I care for myself more mentally and emotionally, etc etc!

I’m able to maintain WAY healthier blood sugar levels and my a1c has already dropped significantly!! So that’s a huge plus too!
