Hello I haven't been diagnosed with BPD but I've been doing a lot of research on quiet borderline... I have found that I can relate to pretty much all of the symptoms but I also don't want to make excuses for myself and just blame a condition for my behaviour.... Do you ever feel like this too? :)

I love this app, so much community!! I was diagnosed last year too; I wasn't able to start coping until I became self-aware of my patterns and worked on a game-plan when I was feeling okay so when I started to experience bad symptoms, I had things to try and help. If you have friends or safe family, educating them is SO important and they may learn tools to aid you.
