I work from home. I usually lie down in bed or a recliner and work. I can work for probably a maximum of 10 hours a week right now. Lots of pacing & being intentional about how I’m utilizing my energy.

Do you feel you are mentally foggy and your forehead feels like there is a foggy cloud on the front of your brain? How do you work when you can’t think?

Yes I’ll get confused very easily Sometimes I’ll have to do something twice, 3, 10 different times! I just try and be patient with myself & if I can’t get past it, then I know it’s time to take a break, rest, switch paces, or pick it up later all together.

Ya I’ve been getting confused too. I’m sorry you are going through this too. I’m proud of you for pushing through. We are both survivors and very strong.

I take a lot of supplements and that is what gets me through. Celery juice, l-lysine, elderberry syrup, liquid b12, liquid vitamin D, liquid zinc, spirulina, biotin, cat’s claw, camu camu, and ashwagandha.
