Same here; staying hydrated; doing things that leave me feeling genuinely rested or relaxed like a warm bath, a hot shower, tapping, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, aromatherapy, a gentle slow stretching routine, listening to music; and being really careful to recognize, honor, and manage the amount of energy I do have when I have any so I don't overexert myself and make fatigue that much worse later.

I made an agreement with myself that I would try to identify and treat all other conditions since there aren't any really solid treatment options for CFS. And diseases often flock together (or maybe more likely just make up one larger disease but we categorize them in different sections). Reason I mentioned this is that I started treating the condition POTS and that has helped the fatigue some. I'm starting ubiquinol and astaxanthin too to try to help the fatigue. I also learned it's better to stop than try to push through when the fatigue is at its worst. Otherwise it prolongs the severity of it.
