Hi, I'm Liv and I suffer with depression,anxiety, ADHD, cystic acne, and cold sores on my mouth. medications that I take are Prozac, accutane, I got on the depo provera shot a few months ago, and Im treating the cold sores with Abreva. I'm trying to learn how I can cope with my depression and anxiety which has worsened because I'm dealing with loss. I also need tips for taking care of my skin if anyone is willing to help?
