I love to color too! I currently have 12 color books. I try to buy them anytime I see them on clearance. A few of them I've even found at 99 cent stores.

I like to do diamond paintings and work on my trauma. Allowing myself to feel and let it pass helps soooo much.

I do adult color books and puzzles. Sounds a bit odd, but they give me a sense of accomplishment (outside of normal day to day things) which lifts my moods.

I engage in my hobbies. Reading, writing, music, sometimes exercise, cosplay and video games. I try to do some self care as well, such as showering and my skincare routine.
