Doing things that I normally love. My go to is sleeping, but I am trying to stay away from that as I have gone through months where I work, sleep and do nothing else. Recently it has been drawing, watching a good show or going to a park and walking. Sometimes just breathing fresh air helps.

Mine is to go take a REALLY long bath or shower and just relax and cry if i feel like it. Or just snuggle with one of my animals.

My children (now teens) and watching my goats but the best is watching my yr old niece, with my 3 playing with the goats 🐐🐐 they are better than anything on TV. I enjoy them more in the summer when I can get outside with them.. YouTube and fb have some funny goat videos

it changes all the time because i tend to lose interest in activities really fast, but listening to music, playing one of my favorite calming video games (stardew valley, breath of the wild, etc.), and making something with my hands or just doing something hands on have always been my go to coping strategies on rough days!! :D sometimes crying is the only way to help me cope though, and that's okay!!

I’ll admit, I don’t go anywhere on bad days- I even call out of work. However when I’m home, I do small things that bring me happiness or joy. I light candles, I’ll tidy up (cleaning makes me happy and brings me a sense of control), listen to music, play my favorite games on my phone, make my favorite food, and the BEST thing that I found that helps is straight up laughter. I’ll watch hilarious YouTube videos and it really helps.

Remind myself what went right, what to be thankful for, funny stuff on tv, cuddling with my cat, venting to my bf or a best friend, extra sleep if really needed
