I been trying to cope without meds for now about 5 months and it's very difficult for me but I figured out something's that help me. Like I try to make everything in to a game like if I clean my room then I get to watch 4 episodes in bed. I try to reward every little thing's with my comfort items as a reward

when its really bad I let myself cry and try to say out loud or write down that people love me. talk to a friend or literally any person you know if you can and you'll be pretty surprised how willing people are to bend over backwards to help you because they care about you. and you deserve it. ❤️

It was toughest at the beginning and it’s still hard for me without my meds sometimes but I feel like i adjusted over time. I moved and when my insurance changed it stopped covering my therapy costs. I stopped going. It was definitely a process to start figuring myself out again off meds. I recommend taking it easy on yourself for a while when possible. It took some time but I found the most growth in myself after I dragged myself through those shitty parts. You are strong and you can come out even stronger. Keep fighting hope this helps you at least a little !! 🧸

I used to take meds but they never worked for me. For now I just try to distract myself when I feel bad. I try to think of the positives. Easier said than done I know. But it takes time to develop habits. Even if it's just positive thinking. I try to be patient and kind with myself and try to figure out why I feel the way I feel instead of just saying "this feeling is bad I should not feel this way" I also try to surround myself with people that care for me.
