I have no idea, I guess I just try to ignore it until it goes away.. or distract myself?

Might be able to alleviate some of the dysphoria through other aspects where you notice gender. Clothing, hanging out with people who respect and affirm you, name and pronouns. Sometimes it's just taking care of myself in a non-gendered way like eating something healthy, playing video games, going for a walk.

Painting your emotions to better understand them, playing videogames to ease yourself off of focusing on yourself, go on walks, wear clothing that pleases you, talk to people who respect you, and eat things that are enjoyable to you (in moderate amounts). I hope this is of use.

My best suggestion is to be around people who refer to you with the right pronouns.

For when it gets really, REALLY bad i try to distract myself with literally anything (generally social media as it v much overstimulates my brain and gets me to stop having thinky thoughts) or I cry to my mother or sister or friend.
