time is the best healer honestly, surround yourself with people who will support you and help you get through it, journaling and talking about it helps too, just know that it will get better unfortunately realizing that part of life is loss might help in a way too but that doesn’t make the experience any less harder, here for u if u want to talk<3

also if u don’t have a therapist it might be good to invest in one as well since they know best how to cope when faced with loss

Having anxiety is very difficult because anxious people tend to be impatient. Grief is a process. It helps to be able to share your feelings even if only in a journal. Allowing feelings to flow moves the process along

You never get over grieving Hun, you learn to cope with it. I find writing a journal helps too.
