Embracing every feeling every storm even tho I’m terribly anxious rn I’m embracing it because it means I care and my feelings for my special someone are real so that’s a plus also its part of the adventure if I end up falling down I just get up and keep on moving and embrace the rain like I did last time

Have a weekly panic session and at least a bimonthly cry. But I'm also in college, so I could just be a hot mess. 😂😉

Usually use my pure anger to burn into positive energy to conquer the day. Or I just kinda vibe till it's over and repeat.

I feed my intellectual interests, I like to study programming, chemistry, neuroscience, psychology, math. I’ve just been really disorganized because I can’t seem to finish one thing before starting another. I think it’s my ADHD. Modafinil helps, but I’m on a low dose right now so I’m planning to ask my doctor for more. Otherwise, any tips?
