You can search online for coping with ADHD or with anything really. Just do what you feel is right for you. Maybe write down stuff that you can try and put it somewhere you know you'll look later if you don't feel like doing it at the moment

To follow-up rartedconsumer - #BuJo!! Start using a bullet journal, and ignore all the pretty looking ones on Pinterest. Those aren't real usages of the tool as designed, those are neurotypicals using a neurodivergent tool as neurotypicals do πŸ˜… Just look at how Ryder Carroll describes how he came up with it to be used, grab literally any notebook and just start using it, and as you do and look up people's layouts online, the spaces you need and the information you wish you had recorded in reflection will show themselves to you and it will adapt as you go!
