I'm not sure yet but I think I have ADHD on top of borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety, schizo affective disorder, bi-polar and PTSD. It's a mess I'm a mess and I just do my best to stay kind and keep my head above water cause sometimes that's all that can be done you know but I know everyday that if it's not ok it soon will be ok again. Keep your head up and stay positive as much as possible it helps believe it or not.

I think getting diagnosed was so important so i could get help! Between Medications and therapy, which equipped me with new tools to cope with all the dxs, I was able to come out of the dark hole and stop being a ball of anxiety just bouncing off the walls! I learned new ways to deal with the PTSD and just having someone to talk to on a weekly basis has been tremendously helpful.
